I can’t explain how much Susan has seriously changed my life. ‘Old me’ used to go the gym and torture myself through endless hours of cardio. I used to live off carrot sticks and celery in the week and binge out on the weekend putting back on any weight I’d manage to loose.

Then I met Susan who taught me about consistency and balance. From going round to her house on a Sunday afternoon and teaching me how to meal prep to picking me up on a Saturday morning to do my first ever Park Run. She even took me to the supermarket and did my weekly shop with me so I knew what food to buy!!

I am now over 25kg down and have gone from a size 18 to a 10 and I am feeling so much stronger, confident and happier in myself. I have found a new love for weight lifting. I never ever thought I would look forward to training but I actually do!! (who have I become?!)

I can’t thank Susan enough for everything she has done for me and taught me over the past few years. She has put up with me happy or sad and has always been there to bring a positive spin on everything whilst always coming up with new ideas to motivate me (one time Susan persuaded me to do a 5K by buying me a McFlurry #fueledbyicecream).

My goals this year are focused around improving my lifts and becoming stronger and I can’t wait to see what the next few months has in store!
